Feirenhaus für langzeitig vermietung?

We have a very wonderful countryhouse (45 minutes from Rødby) close to the see (700 metres), and we have decided to rent it out on longterm conditions (1-3years). We were wondering whether anyone in this forum would know of somebody how would be interested in such an arrangement? We have pictures etc if interested.
